Nadine, I love reading your happy lists! I love hearing about the absolute joy in the little things. This time of hurt and healing will allow you to discover who you really are and that is bliss. Also, being half a world away, snuggled up in a blanket by my fireplace…my heart aches to be there wearing a little dress and practicing yoga in the park…aahh

Kind of sounds cliched but the first year is the worst – once you’ve got all those “firsts” out of the way, birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, the heart heals much more quickly. Take care of yourself x
