This weekend, I led a yoga retreat on Phillip Island. Our group nestled into the supreme comfort of Clifftop Boutique Accommodation, where we were taken care of by the owners, Adam Tinsey and Lucas Bracken, as though we were royalty. Overfed royalty. I’m going to be thinking about that delicious food for a long time to come, and I think they might have strained something making coffees for us…
We had beautiful sunny weather for most of the weekend, every whim attended to, and a stunning venue for our yoga. Which left us free to focus on our breath, to move our bodies and minds into stillness, and to rest and nurture ourselves. People learnt stuff too! Win win! ‘m already thinking about the next trip to Clifftop.
(If you are wondering why you didn’t hear about this before, that would be because it sold out before I could post it on the blog or Facebook.)
Coming back to reality has been a bit of a shock. I had to get up early and make my own bed. And breakfast. And I had to TRAVEL to teach yoga. Bah. Oh well, at least I have the Bali retreat to look forward to in November.
