When I first started doing yoga at home, many years ago now, I was kind of terrified that I was going to break myself by doing something wrong, or in the wrong sequence, or just generally not knowing what I was doing.
I couldn’t remember very many poses, even though I always thought I would be able to when I was in class. So I ended up doing the same few all the time.
If that’s something that happens to you, here are a few little resources I’ve put together.
Yoga for your neck & shoulders – you can do this at your desk. No excuses!
Yoga for Rowers (or anyone who wants the be stronger & more flexible):
A bit of yoga bootcamp to get your upper body & core fired up:
And if you don’t have it already, my downloadable guided relaxation.
Coming soon: yoga to do on airplanes/long trips, yoga for runners, more yoga for your neck & shoulders.
As we head into April, Autumn for us in the Southern Hemisphere, the light changes to dark, warm weather to cold, and we often want to spend more time indoors.
For the whole month of April, I’m going to be celebrating Freester rather than Easter.
Stay tuned for giveaways, free community classes, and more free resources. Because I heart you and want you to be well. And doing yoga will make you feel better.
