The Thrive Yoginis and I are heading off (some of us today, some of us tomorrow) to do yoga and explore how to thrive.
We will also rest, walk on the beach, eat, and just generally nourish ourselves silly.
Consider Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs (we will be, this weekend, as well as looking at some yogic models because this one isn’t quite complete, imho):
For me, there are two simple words that help me thrive: work less.
The full mantra is actually Work less, live more. All good things will be mine.
This ties in to my Two Words resolution for 2012: Stillness and Stability. Creating a stable, sustainable life, and business, with enough time for stillness, meditation, rest.
How about you? Would you say all areas are in balance and thriving for you? You are so welcome to join the Two Words Project on Facebook – you can set two words for the second half of the year!
If not, are there actions you could take, right now, that might start bringing you back into balance?
It’s always a good idea to start with making space for how you feel…
If you have questions, or want to talk about your thrive process, please either leave me a comment or drop me an email. I’ll get back to you as soon as I am back from The Island!
Happy weekend, lovely ones.
